Appointments & Cancellation Policies

Appointments & Scheduling

Astrology Appointments: To book an appointment, payment must be completed online. For new clients, a minimum of 72 hours notice is required to prepare your charts.

Coaching Clients: Please schedule at least 24 hours in advance. For urgent requests, email first to check availability.
All appointments must be prepaid using a credit card or PayPal through the online payment system.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

72-Hour Reschedule Policy: If you need to reschedule, you must email your request to [email protected] or use the contact form at least 72 hours before your appointment.

Missed or Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 72 hours before your appointment or miss your session, you will not receive a refund or credit toward another appointment.

Time Zone Considerations: All appointments follow Pacific Time (West Coast, California). Ensure you check time differences to avoid missing your session.

Late Arrivals: If you are 10 minutes late or more, your session may be canceled and considered a missed appointment. If accepted, the remaining time will be used, but refunds or additional time will not be provided. Contact me in advance if you expect to be late.
There are NO REFUNDS provided.

Expiration of Purchased Sessions

All purchased sessions must be used within one year from the purchase date. Expired sessions are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed.
If you have a missed or same-day rescheduled appointment, your new session will not be scheduled until full payment for the next appointment is received.

Clarity on Non-Licensed Status

Services offered are alternative and complementary and are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
I do not provide financial advice, and clients should consult a licensed financial professional for financial matters.
Services are not regulated by any state licensing boards, and clients are responsible for seeking licensed professionals when needed.

No Guarantees on Outcomes

No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.
Clients are responsible for their own interpretation and decisions following a session.

Recording Policy

Clients are encouraged to record their sessions on their own devices, either through their phone or via Zoom.
Aly does not record sessions for clients except for QHHT hypnosis sessions.
No refunds or session re-dos will be offered in the event of technical failure.
All session recordings remain the intellectual property of Aly Dunne and may not be shared, sold, or distributed without prior written permission.

Right to Refuse Service

Aly Dunne reserves the right to refuse service to any client at any time.
This includes but is not limited to misconduct, excessive lateness, or circumstances where the session is not appropriate for the client’s well-being.

Intellectual Property Protection

Any materials, including audio recordings, PDFs, and written content, provided by Aly Dunne are protected under intellectual property laws.
Clients may not share, redistribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior consent.

Expanded Liability Waiver

Clients acknowledge full personal responsibility for their physical, emotional, and mental responses to all services.
Clients waive all legal claims against Aly Dunne and indemnify her from any legal action regarding their experience.
Clients assume all risks associated with sessions and understand that decisions made after sessions are solely their responsibility.

Packages Policy

Coaching Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used within one year of purchase.
Each mentorship session follows the 72-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. The session is forfeited if you cancel less than 72 hours in advance.
By completing payment, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that the cancellation policy applies to each session within the package.

Gift Certificates

To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, contact [email protected].
All gift certificates must be prepaid.
72-Hour Policy: If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, your gift certificate becomes void and cannot be redeemed for a future session.
Unless otherwise stated, gift certificates expire one year from the purchase date and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Course Policies

Enrollment & Payment

Full payment must be made at the time of enrollment to secure a spot in any course.
Payment plans may be available for select courses and must be adhered to as per the agreement.
All course fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation & Refunds

There are no refunds.
If a course is canceled by Aly Dunne, a full refund or credit toward a future course will be provided.

Course Access & Materials

Course materials, including PDFs, videos, and workbooks, are for enrolled students only and may not be shared, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes.
Access to online course materials is granted for the duration specified at the time of enrollment.

Participation & Conduct

Students are expected to participate fully in course activities and respect other participants.
Disruptive comments may result in removal from the course without a refund.

Certificates & Completion

Some courses may offer a certificate of completion. Students must meet all requirements to receive a certificate.
